Your choir. A bigger stage.

We design choir websites that fill auditions, sell tickets and convince sponsors

Most choirs sound extraordinary, but online they are almost invisible. Your website should work as hard as your rehearsals, without you becoming a full-time marketer.

For choirs, vocal ensembles and choral organizations.

01Bring singers in.
02Fill the audience.
03Build lasting support.
The music is already there.

Your choir sounds extraordinary.
Make that clear online.

Every rehearsal builds something worth sharing. Your website should help the right people become part of it.

Singers need a clear invitation. Audiences need an easy way to attend. Sponsors need to understand your impact. We design each path so the next step feels natural.

What we build

A website with
a job to do.

Your choir has its own identity. Its website should have its own strategy.

01

Turn interest into
new singers.

Joining and audition pages that explain who can take part, what to expect and how to apply. Clear forms and practical information help people take the first step.

02

Make every concert
easy to attend.

Concert pages that answer the essential questions and connect to your ticketing platform. Dates, prices, venue details and booking links work together.

03

Give supporters
a reason to say yes.

Fundraising and sponsorship pages that explain your artistic, educational and community impact, with clear ways to donate or start a partnership.

Your design partner

Thoughtful design.
A clear understanding
of choir life.

Choir Web Design is led by Flor de María Ballinas Arias, a UX/UI designer who puts the people using your website at the center of every decision.

We work with choirs, vocal ensembles and choral organizations. From the first conversation to the final page, the focus stays on your identity, your season and what your visitors need.

How it works

Three steps to
your new digital stage.

01

Book a free website review.

We look at your current website and your goals, then identify what will help singers, audiences and supporters take the next step.

02

Design around your choir.

We shape the structure, copy and visual identity together. You see how each page supports the season you want to build.

03

Launch with confidence.

We build the website, connect the tools included in your project and prepare it for launch. You receive a clear handoff and an agreed support plan.

Before we begin

A few good questions.

Can you redesign our existing choir website?

Yes. We start by reviewing what you already have, preserve the content and tools that serve your choir, and design the next version around your goals.

Can our ticketing and donation tools stay in place?

We review your existing platforms and agree how to connect them. The Kings Chorale website, for example, links concert pages to Zeffy and guides donations through CanadaHelps.

Do you work with choirs that do not hold auditions?

Yes. We adapt the joining process to your choir, whether singers audition, register directly or begin by trying a rehearsal. Kings Chorale is a non-auditioned community choir.

What do you need from us to get started?

Your website address, a short introduction to your choir and the goals you want the website to support. We use the free review to recommend the next steps.

How long will the project take?

We set the timeline after reviewing the project’s scope, content and integrations. Your proposal includes clear milestones for design, development and launch.

Your next season starts here.
